  Had an issue with one of the females there because she was rude and said she wouldn't sell to me. Called me a reseller, and refused to let me buy a system that I was gifting to a friend. Then I get a call back from the higher ups and he takes her side and says that they are only allowed to sell one Console per customer, even tho that is not how the girl said it. She simply stated she wouldn't sell to me and called me a reseller. After notifying the higher up that the issue was her calling me a reseller and refusing to sell to me not the fact that they couldn't sell a system to me he then said he would speak to her. Then I notified him that I knew of another person that comes into the store and buys 10-15 consoles at a time and they have no issue with it. Was disrespectful and told me that I don't know what I'm talking about and rushed me off the phone.
