  If I could give this location ZERO stars I would!! The 3 employees were extremely rude! Obviously you need staff to open the cases just to even find a price (DISPLAY THE PRICE IF IT'S LOCKED IN A CASE, DUH) and when you're on a budget yeah you're gonna be picky and ask questions. DONT WORK THERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO DO YOUR JOB. But the f***ed up thing was we were judged the second we walked in. Not once did anyone approach us asking if we wanted to view anything. CLEARLY we werent the clientele worth helping. When we did ask the price on TWO watches Big Black looking dude answered us and went back to what he was doing. After a few minutes of browsing we found one we liked, waited, and waited, and finally asked for help and was told to hold on while he helped the customer that just walked in AFTER WE WERE STANDING THERE ALREADY FOR 20 MINUTES WAITING FOR ASSISTANCE!!! I was disgusted by how we were treated. They all knew we were trying to purchase and they all looked at us and ignored us til we finally left. Jokes on you. We went back to the Invicta stand and left with 3 watches. The girls there gave EXCELLENT 1-on-1 customer service especially Amanda who helped us. She stayed with us the whole time, answered every question, let us view and compare, and not once was impatient or rude. Definitely made our first time purchase nice and easy. I recommend going to the stand over the store, no they don't have all the same watches but as far as customer service goes the stand is SO much better!!

  The Invicta store has horrible customer service and the prices are significantly more then online. Their employees are racist and judgemental. Just because I might not look like I fit the criteria of having money they refused to help me, after asking for help 3 times and being ignored or told to hold on a minute after waiting 30 minutes already the gentleman proceeded to help a customer who just walked in all decked out in nice jewelry. The tall skinny white guy and the heavy set black guy should be fired. With that being said I proceeded to the Invicta kiosk in the middle of the mall. I got great customer service from a women named Amanda and where I didn't just buy 1 watch, I BOUGHT 3. So judge that Invicta store employees.
