But the lady behind customer service called herself helping me I gave her my printer number and she gave me the wrong cartridge number to look for on my own. I looked on the box it did not have my printer name on the box so I asked her two check it, kind of got upset at the fact that I asked her to check it. She was wrong and never apologized. So I have to say they can improve on their customer service
