  Called to have a prescription transferred from another pharmacy. I was put on hold 3 times for a total call duration of about 15 minutes. Once I finally got to talk to the pharmacist, he was rude and awkward. He seemed to be upset that I was transferring a job to his pharmacy. After two hours, I called the automated phone service, which claimed that my script was ready for pickup. When I got there, I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before the employees working directly behind the glass would acknowledge me. The pharm tech told me that my script was not ready and offered no apology. I cancelled the order completely and had them re-shelf the medication. My experiences throughout the years at Walgreens pharmacies have ranged from mediocre to horrible...this being one of the worst. Needless to say, I am now looking for a different pharmacy.
